1. Kiwi Fruit provides an excellent source of vitamin C. It also offers a very good source of fiber. Kiwi contains decent amounts of vitamins A and E, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and copper. Kiwi, like other vitamin C-rich foods, is especially important in promoting respiratory tract health.
